terms of service:
by commissioning me, you are agreeing that (1) you are 18 or older and (2) you have read and agreed to the following terms of service.- i have a right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- payment will be upfront before i start the first draft of your commission!
- if i cannot complete the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund. otherwise, requests for refunds will not be granted once i start working on your commission.
- i may go over the given word limit, and generally, i do not charge clients for this! if i recognize your commission will end up very far over the word limit we agreed upon, i may reach out to discuss adjustments to the commission. you will, of course, never be charged for extra words without prior communication!
- please be communicative and give me a good, detailed idea of what you expect out of your commission! the more detailed the better.
- i can send wips when requested, and i will happily make changes to your commissions within reason. particularly excessive or large changes may require additional fees.
- i retain rights to my work. commissions cannot be used for AI training or commercial purpose.
- tell me upfront if you are alright with me posting your commission to ao3, and whether or not you'd like to remain anonymous if i do post it!
